WE chose a la carte items this time, based on recommendations from our (repeat) server, Angel. The salad and grilled brussel sprouts were excellent, as was the fish dish from the All Around Peru menu. Always a great meal at China Chilcano!
Staff was amazing with accommodating the vegan in my group. Staff was rushing us a little bit, and started clearing the table as we were still eating. But they are trying to turn over rather fast due to the free federal lunch offer.
Wow what an experience. The reservation was easy, the service was great, the waitress was knowledgeable, the staff were on point and the owners were walking around and making sure their guests were happy. Highly recommend checking it out. The $40 sampler meal was excellent and excellent choice and the ceviche was wonderful. I've had ceviche in South America and Latin America and this was different but still excellent. Ceviche Nikkei is a must have. The were VERY conscious...
