We both ordered from the special seviche menu. Both meals were delicious. I had a problem about my credit card and the waitress was very patient and understanding. Low noise level. Attentive service.
Good spot if you are looking for a unique food experience .. the Peruvian and Chinese top hits are on the menu but it fun is in the fusion dishes The fried yuca will be gone before it hits the table so order two its that good.
I have absolutely adored China Chilcano since ~2016. I can't believe I haven't returned for a meal since around then. The ceviche remains exceptional. Let me not wait so long before I return for another meal.
