Amazing flavours and very courteous chef. the tikka gravy is very flavourful and hits the right notes. Paneer, sweet potato, spinach kofta is also a very healthy twist to the standard kofta in the Indian cuisine. Saffron Basmati rice is my favorite pairing in this bowl. Chef added a portion of their chana masala too. Must try.
Delicious meal tonight at Bindaas Bowls! Needed a place to eat before theater--three of us split Salmon Bowl and Spinach Paneer Bowl --we added sweet potato balls which I am still dreaming about and daal. We had plenty for three people but our food was so flavorful, we wished we had ordered more! Very good price and always appreciate when an eatery offers cool lime water as well as beverages for purchase.
