Skimpiest scoops of all chipotles in USA. it’s like they sprinkle the options on. one time they were out of mild salsa in the main section but had it in the mobile order section and when i asked for it from the mobile order section they got mad at me for asking. do not go

The first time I went there were 3 people in line and those who serve your food were just talking and laughing while there were 3 people in line. Incredibly, I didn't buy anything and left. A few days ago I decided to come again, after a day of work. , I went to eat something with my girlfriend, and what a surprise there were all the dirty tables and a lot of garbage on the floor. I decided that I would order the food and a small glass for soda and the girl at the register tells me that they only have large ones, after they gave me the large glass, we saw many other people who had small glasses and we wondered why. I wasn't comfortable with that at all, and I had to take a photo because sometimes it seems incredible to me that there are so many people working and no one can clean. .-.

I would like to put in a complaint and hold whatever manager that worked today accountable for their team.I work in dc myself and have short staffing so I understand why the customer service wasn’t a priority today. None the less your team needs to know what the customers receiving in their order. I asked for steam and was given asada I don’t eat at chipotle alot so I didn’t know there was a difference. The employee on the line didn’t specify either. I know the team doesn’t speak English but I spoke to her in Spanish and she still couldn’t let me know before hand about the up charge.When I asked to speak to a manager the entire team refused. That’s completely unprofessional and I also wasn’t being aggressive nor rude. I needed to speak to someone to hold that line person accountable. I know how dc is 100% but your team needs to be held account for that.

My tortilla was cold and I ask for cheese and got black beans instead. I am allergic to black beans so I couldn't even eat it.
Waited for a pickup order for 20 minutes. Once I got home I found out there was plastic in my burrito bowl. Avoid this location at all costs.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to, but I know it isn't management's fault. The worst of the worst come to this location--disruptive kids from the schools down the street, homeless people who pilfer utensils and cups, rude customers who shout abuse at the employees. It's no wonder they mess up my order half of the time, and it's really no wonder they've served undercooked meat. Honestly, this place needs some security guards, or maybe a total ban on high schoolers. I wish it well.

The sign says 10:45 am to 10pm but when I arrived at 10:45 they was sitting down eating in the establishment looking at people waiting outside waiting to get in .then manager looked irritated because I asked her do she always open late. She got attitude and act like I was the problem started talking about me in Spanish like I didn't understand ,if I wasn't 7 months pregnant man Very unprofessional ,rude need more diverse of people

Literally if I could give them zero stars I would. The staff here are by far the most disrespectful, racist, and rude people I have encountered. They literally does not provide equal service to their Black customers. I have consistently been met with rude behavior that I do not see other non-Black customers face. It's crazy that staff will yell and berate me as I'm ordering. Today I just tried to simply pick up food and apparently they store is closed for a breakfast meeting (I'm assuming). The least the staff could have done is put a note on the door saying they're close or someone come out to say something. I just stood there as they looked at me in the store for 10 minutes. It was evident I came right before they were going to open the least they could have done is say something. In a predominantly Black city, especially a predominantly Black neighborhood, I would expect at least civil and equal treatment from staff which on several occasions I have not received.

Ladies in the front are just so mean for literally no reason. I've been in a lot of different Chipotle's around DC but this is the worst. I complained about the small amount of food they gave me and the apparent manager basically said to give me even less. That's ridiculous if you keep in mind that this is not cheap food, you're paying for it. Never here again
