As soon as you walk in, you can already tell the workers are in a bad mood. Every time I come here they have a nasty attitude. It’s one thing to dislike your job, but at least keep it professional and customer friendly.

A usual chipotle but to find this chipotle its very confusing. Spent almost 10mins to find its location, no banners l, no marks and no info where chipotle store located! After roaming around again and again, asked the security personnel who helped to show exact place.

Please update location on google maps or add locaters for the store.

Food was great. However, all of the staff at this location were incredibly rude and super impatient. I always order a quesadilla in person, and this is the first time I’ve been refused because it’s “online only”. I’m glad I got a bottled coke because my friend got a fountain drink and the lemonade was water and the Sprite was sparkling water. The atmosphere was very messy, which is unexpected because of the seven staffers present. I do not recommend going to this specific location. All of the other Chipotle locations I’ve been to were great and the staff were friendly. Overall, Chipotle is delicious but this location is just not it.

Ordered 3 cheese quesadilla, barely any cheese in each one. One quesadilla was missing added ingredients and charging $10.00 each. Dine-in but would only make quesadillas if we ordered online.

If the workers are in a bad mood, do not expect to get a full amount of food!! Today, someone came in and ordered three meals before me, and they got all mad over what—doing your job? Like, please, and then you give me an attitude and do not listen to what I want. One girl was mad at the end when I asked for a tortilla on the side because the first girl didn't hear me in the beginning. I just don't understand why the employees here are always so rude!

The store owner was very rude to customers in other times I’ve been in there. Just an overall bad visit every time he’s there. I was behind a young woman in line and she was obviously reading the orders off of her phone. They didn’t have one of the items on the list, so she turned around apologized to me and the other young man on line and called whoever she was ordering for. And, like always, the store owner comes and tries to rush her behind the young man on the line. So she tells the owner “Sorry I need to see what my brother wants instead” and he still continues to rush her and so she says “Again, I am trying to see what my brother wants. You see me on the phone trying to figure it out, if you would’ve given me 2 seconds to get his order, you see I’ve already apologized there’s no need for the hostility please go on with your day”. AND ON TOP of that situation, If you hire people at least give them time to learn. Very ignorant, he was a HUGE tyrant on a power trip every time he’s in there and the asst. managers and managers do more than he does. Chipotle definitely needs to rethink their decisions they made with these store owners! Definitely will not be returning!

I’ve placed 2 orders for delivery , and all 3 drivers for EACH delivery has cancelled my order due to “problem with order” and when I call the store to see what’s going on, no one answers the phone, and when you call costumer service you get such a BS script response and unwillingness to help.
