Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered from chipotle in Western market in Foggy Bottom, Washington DC Around 12 pm. I ordered in person. They did not provide a receipt and they just told me to keep moving in the line after I paid. Once I checked my phone, I saw that I was charged for almost $24. This is ridiculous and unacceptable As I only got one bowl.

I only got one bowl containing chicken and guacamole, I was charged for almost $24. This has never happened to me before. I was charged for someone else’s meal. :(

Usually this place is outstanding but this past experience there was a ah but much they was out of everythg had to keep tell the one work the line to refill the food before be give the straps of barely nun when u got fresh everythg of refill or stuff on the line

Order a fointain drink and the place has no ice and the drink wasn't even cold.

The food was specifically the meat, I paid $27 for a bowl with double meat & a drink. The meat was so dry and so over cooked it’s quite surprising it wasn’t actually dust. The service was great but that doesn’t compensate for the quality of food. Do better or plz of have the price reflect the food

A very bad restaurant, and the woman standing at the register, the female employee, didn’t even look at our faces. She did exactly an act of racism. Even though the place was completely empty, we asked, “Will you take our order?” She said, “I have work in my hands.” But she didn’t have any work in her hands. A very bad place, I don’t recommend it to anyone. No one should go.

I don't know why I've come here as long as I have. Truly, truly awful service. When I think about my time in retail, I can't imagine speaking to customers the way we're frequently spoken to here. Every single worker at this location is constantly in a profoundly foul mood.

50/50 chance on whether or not they'll be out of really basic shit. Chipotle, as a whole beyond this location, just isn't as good as it used to be.

I'm still spinning from how I was treated this afternoon. One day I'll learn to stop coming here. Unbelievable.

The service at this location has been consistently disappointing. The staff move so quickly that you don’t even have a chance to ask for the ingredients you want, and both the workers and managers show a lack of basic customer service. They’re often rude, dismissive, and unwilling to work with you. This has been an ongoing issue for the past four years. I’ve held back from writing an email because I don’t want to hurt the business, but the truth is the service is unacceptable. They rarely give customers what they ask for, respond with attitude as if it’s not their job, and treat the food carelessly. On top of that, the store is not kept clean. At this point, I don’t understand why people continue to support this location.

Placed a $300 order for lunch. They never filled it and emailed 30 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered.

Staff at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. They were impatient and aggressive with customers in line, showing obvious frustration through their mannerisms. On top of that, employees were hostile toward each other while preparing food, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

They were also out of regular chicken, but instead of telling me, the worker just put hot honey chicken in my order without asking. That kind of substitution without consent is unacceptable.

Overall, very poor service, and I would not recommend this location.

staff is rude everytime it never fails! the food looks poorly displayed , the fountain drink only produce water even if you paid for soda! and the juice machine is rusting which i can only imagine what’s inside! please stay away from this chipotle!! 100% will be calling the health department.

They do not put a normal serving size of meat in their meals. I’m sure this is at the direction of corporate or management but they need to revise their instructions to staff as it comes off as being a waste of money. I visit chipotles often enough to know that this is one that is not aligned with the standard serving size.

The staff working in this location is a joke. They were extremely rude, impatient, disrespectful and sarcastic. Food was messy and they were out of pico de gallo which is ridiculous. I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately I cant so I give them one. 0/5 experience
