The rice was uncooked. so annoying!
I went to this establishment on an elementary school field trip back in the early 2010s. I gotta say my experience is still vivid in my head today and it breaks my heart I had to endure what I did. As a youngling, I got a cheese quesadilla, which would become the last quesadilla I'd ever eat in my life. Once a good childhood experience turned to nightmares after this visit. There I was sitting outside on the steps of the Lincoln memorial ready to chow down on my delicious quesadilla. I took the tinfoil off and to my surprise the quesadilla was soaked in grease and what I like to call "grease pockets" were like hidden landmines. I would bite into these pockets and grease would fall all over my lap. Although, the taste was good it has also come to my attention recently that the cheese to tortilla ratio is off. This has prompted me to post this as I can not get it off my mind. I hope no one has to experience what I did and I hope the Chinatown Chipotle has increased their quesadilla making abilities.
Girlfriend and I both ordered guac, we didn’t get it. Girlfriend ordered beans, didn’t get it. I ordered rice, didn’t get it. Disgrace
Staff was focused and helpful. they kept the line moving even with those people who insist on reaching over the glass to point at the brown rice instead of just speaking it without contaminating the food. The place had plenty of hand sanitizer stations all over.
Chipotle is a reliable choice for relatively decent and reasonably priced food. One can eat vegetables and legumes at Chipotle, and at least feel as if one has eaten responsibly. However, there is still far too much waste at Chipotle. Then again, there is far too much waste everywhere in the US.
My fiancé and I stopped by chipotle in Chinatown last night. We both woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and sick. Doctors say we got food poisoning. I’m positive we got it from this location. Never eating here again.
Tiny burrito, bad attitude, from burrito maker to cashier. They dont give a customer any satisfaction, whatsoever. Plus, beggars and thieves crowd the door when an event is at the Verizon Center.
I always loved Chipotle’s Food I almost tried all the different dishes by the years , it’s just delicious and good, this store was almost empty when I went there at 3:00 pm and I was just picking up a mobile order so I didn’t eat my lunch there , as I saw the tables weren’t a lot so if it crowded you might be not able to dining in..! However it was a good store And the service was fast ..!!
The place is most like any other place, they are however unable to sit all that enter. Which is a little bothersome, but what can you do when you are right off the train route?
They’re always really busy, and there’s always a lot of loitering inside dispite the security. They aren’t really bOthering anyone, but it does make the place a little more crowded than needed. I feel that the security guard that’s in there is way too short.....like he’s not intimidating enough for people to want to listen to him. He is an armed guard, but that’s the only thing these young kids adhere too.
