They were cleaning up and I knocked just so I could ask for a plastic bag for me and my friend because the restaurant across the street had ran out and our hands were full. The man in the front was sweeping and he saw me, asked the man in the back if he should open then continued to sweep like he didn’t see us. And it’s not like i was trying to order cuz i was mouthing and saying can i have a bag through the door but he acted like he didn’t acknowledge us standing there.

It's too long ago (2013) when I enjoyed Chopt's delightful offerings in Washington. But, having enjoyed the umpteenth iteration of a Chopt concept since my return to London, via 10 years in the Middle East, karma dictated I gave a review. A shame that the brand doesn't have a more global reach.

Wow seeing Mr. Maurice ( Manager ) hands on with all customers, and cleaning was great to see. Everything from the expedient service, the smiles while being serviced, the cleanliness, choice of music , the calm vibe and a Great salad with Mexican Caesar and chopt vinaigrette..I was surprised I got full half way with mainly greens man I'll be back TOMMOROW 😂
