UPDATE 12/13/24: I once again received a salad without dressing. This has become a recurring issue.
I order from this location approximately once a week. While the food quality can be good, there is a clear and consistent issue with online orders (Uber Eats, etc.). Portions ordered online are noticeably smaller than when ordering in person — fewer greens, fewer toppings, and occasionally missing items — yet the price remains the same.
I have received salads without dressing multiple times, including a replacement order that was still incorrect. Repeated errors and inconsistent portioning demonstrate a lack of quality control.
When ordering in person, the bowls are filled to capacity, which highlights the inconsistency in fulfillment standards between in-store and online orders. The store itself is clean and staff are generally professional; however, consistent order accuracy and portion integrity are basic expectations.
Until there is greater consistency and accountability with online orders, I cannot recommend this location.

They really pack in the lettuce, great value for a quick lunch. I enjoyed that they had both meat and vegetarian options as proteins. The selection of toppings is ridiculously copious. Everybody was delicious would definitely return

They were cleaning up and I knocked just so I could ask for a plastic bag for me and my friend because the restaurant across the street had ran out and our hands were full. The man in the front was sweeping and he saw me, asked the man in the back if he should open then continued to sweep like he didn’t see us. And it’s not like i was trying to order cuz i was mouthing and saying can i have a bag through the door but he acted like he didn’t acknowledge us standing there.
Great place for quick bit before a Caps game. Have been back a few times already since initial trip. Very convenient as right across street from CapOne arena and no wait.

It's too long ago (2013) when I enjoyed Chopt's delightful offerings in Washington. But, having enjoyed the umpteenth iteration of a Chopt concept since my return to London, via 10 years in the Middle East, karma dictated I gave a review. A shame that the brand doesn't have a more global reach.
