This Chopt location is my favorite! All the staff are warm and welcoming and my salads are ALWAYS perfect!

Where do I begin.... I recently moved my office location and today I ordered my salad as I normally do, almost daily. After I paid for my salad I noticed that I purchased the salad at my old office location and my new location and address were not on the order. I immediately called the store and the staff person, Ms. Yammy, remembered my name and salad....

Yammi was very warm and welcoming. She made sure to greet us with a smile and had amazing customer service. I asked for create your own and she was the first to ever ask if I wanted a bowl or salad. I have been a supporter for serval years and stopped going because customer service was decreasing. She made me want to come back by her outstanding service today!
