I first sent an email to this business first however their response was a generic response. Not only do they charge 2 different fees (called restaurant fee and gratuity) onto your order they can't even deliver all the items when asked twice. One of many reasons that I don't like when gratuity is automatically added. Gratuity should be for service you receive. We ordered 2 entrees, drinks and pastries. The 2nd time he pulled it out of the microwave when we were leaving the restaurant. I would think the Manager would at least compensate for the 2 pastries that did NOT arrive with the rest of the meal.

The place is cozy, the customer service is excellent and fast, and not to mention the coffee, which is delicious. The girl who served me, I think her name is Luna, did everything possible to improve the experience at the restaurant.

Colada Shop serves some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted! Their coffee, especially with a splash of oat milk, is truly exceptional—it adds just the right touch to elevate the flavor. That said, you can easily enjoy their coffee black; it’s smooth and never bitter. Their chicken empanadas are absolutely delicious, and I find myself craving them often.
On one visit, I did encounter a less-than-pleasant experience. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing, and one of the staff members seemed irritated—sighing and displaying a negative attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Despite that, I was able to grab my coffee quickly and leave with time to spare before closing.
That experience aside, I have to give a special shoutout to Jarvis, who consistently provides exceptional customer service. Jarvis makes every visit a delight, creating a warm and personable atmosphere that keeps me coming back.

This beautiful little Cuban shop has vibe that I love but can't explain it. You have to feel it, I guess. The food was delicious and the service was awesome. I had a dish at another location that was no longer on the menu but the server took her time to figure out what it was and got me something that was pretty close to what I had previously. She was warm and everyone there was cordial. Definitely give this location a try!
