My family had a great experience @USP tonight.
Food was good, Lela our hostess was amazing. She took incredible care of our group of 8. Provided support when my 9 year old daughter felt overwhelmed by anxiety at the start of the Citizens show.
Lela continued to go above and beyond the call of duty to care for us.
I highly recommend the venue for an intimate show, reasonable prices, outstanding service, and excellent food. I recommend the Smash Burgers.

Prompt service with better drinks than the Italian restaurant next door. Had an outside bar to chill and wait before the doors open to the concert. Easy access to the stage. Had to go downstairs and stay to the right. Smaller stage and room made it feel like you were really apart of the show. 10/10 recommend
Union Stage is an excellent venue. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. They remember details and try to satisfy every request ASAP. Their pre show and show staging is one of the best I have experienced. Every detail from seeing that the stage and stage area are properly set up to lighting, sound system, cameras for recording, and professional signers for the deaf. They responded to our request for access seating and were more than cordial and efficient.

Union Stage is a cozy and vibrant venue that offers an enjoyable experience for its guests. The staff is known for their friendly and fast service, with bartenders who ensure customers are well-attended to. The food menu, which includes gluten-free and vegan pizza options, is reported to be surprisingly good for the price, with some visitors praising the food as great. Visitors praise the comfortable seating and the overall positive atmosphere of the venue, making it a popular choice for attending various shows and events.
The venue is described as a small and intimate place, perfect for watching your favorite performers. Customers who have attended concerts here have had an amazing experience. The bar may occasionally have issues, but the bartenders are friendly and apologetic. The security team is also noted to be nice and professional. The venue has street-level access, but the stage is underground, making it easily accessible. The staff is very accommodating, and drinks and food are available at the bar. The venue offers dive bar vibes with projected videos. The door person was polite and answered questions. The seating section was a bit awkwardly placed. Drinks and food were available, including pizza and fries, chicken tenders, sliders, and margaritas. Non-alcohol options were sparse. The sound was loud but just right, not blowing ears out. The venue was easily able to accommodate wheelchair access, roping off a designated area and providing a seat. Overall, Union Stage is a recommended destination for those looking to enjoy live music and performances.
