I first sent an email to this business first however their response was a generic response. Not only do they charge 2 different fees (called restaurant fee and gratuity) onto your order they can't even deliver all the items when asked twice. One of many reasons that I don't like when gratuity is automatically added. Gratuity should be for service you receive. We ordered 2 entrees, drinks and pastries. The place is cozy, the customer service is excellent and fast, and not to mention the coffee, which is delicious. The girl who served me, I think her name is Luna, did everything possible to improve the experience at the restaurant.

Colada Shop serves some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted! Their coffee, especially with a splash of oat milk, is truly exceptional—it adds just the right touch to elevate the flavor. That said, you can easily enjoy their coffee black; it’s smooth and never bitter. Their chicken empanadas are absolutely delicious, and I find myself craving them often.
