Awesome experience, this is the 11th place I’ve lived and as good if not better than any other Cold Stone. I was instantly greeted and asked if I was ready to order when I walked in. Ratio of ice cream to toppings was perfect, would put it in the top 1% of Cold Stone experiences, and I’d consider myself an addict. I hate leaving reviews, but I skipped going here a month ago because of the negative reviews. My cravings tonight overwhelmed the risk of a bad experience so I gave it a try, and I was extremely impressed, so thought they deserved some love. Definitely going back. Ice cream was gone in less than 10 minutes so no photo evidence.

Bad quality and even worse service!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went with my wife Sunday 24th August afternoon. The two ladies working one with braided dread type hair, the other with illuminous dyed hair were unbelievably rude. Refused to serve us and rolled her eyes when we asked for a sample before we ordered, as a result we walked out and went to Kilwins opposite. As you can see from others reviews were clearly not the only ones this has happened to. Management need to step in and restaff this venue. I will never be going here again and I have told everyone I know in DC to avoid here as well. With a little luck people will vote with their feet and this place will be closed for business by the end of the year.

Typical mediocre cold stone product but with an enormous wait time and staff who aren’t trained to make a milkshake.

Quick and great service

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. The WORST experience at a Cold Stone I have EVER had. The employees were so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Wearing head phones, glaring at customers and hardly saying a word to anyone. Do yourself a favor, whatever extra distance you have to drive to a different Cold Stone location DO IT!

Rating a 1 because unable to rate a 0. Stopped here after a Nationals game while on vacation. Two employees started fighting and yelling at each other while there was a line of customers. Waited in line 20 uncomfortable minutes until the fight simmered down. Ice cream was melted by the time we got it.

Really rude staff.

Straight ghetto.. literally no napkins no straws and they forgot I ordered a smoothie but gave me something weird that tasted like a milkshake poorly blended with fruit making it hard to drink. (mind you I already don’t have a straw) wasted money.

Such a rude staff, I don’t even know how they got the job. Very disrespectful with a nasty attitude.

Store location closes before the time and staff are rude for the most part they don’t care to do their job.
