I ordered simple syrups from their site. One bottle arrived with a broken seal and had clearly been used. They said they’d replace the order, two weeks go by and I find out through UPS the package was destroyed because all the bottles broke and leaked out of the package. It has been a month of trying to get any kind of resolution or refund for the broken bottle.
