I’m from out of town and came into this shop for some coffee. The baristas were so helpful and welcoming, they gave me a great recommendation for the maple latte which I loved! My lemon pound cake they recommended was also dee-licious!!
Inconsistent pricing for the drink size. I ordered a small hot latte, I was charged for a medium/large and given a petite drink (never seen this size) whenever I ordered a small drink. Not worth the $$$
I recently went to the 8th St location, the shop I go to most often. I ordered a drink: Large Iced Tea, earl grey; a drink I order often. The cashier entered a Medium Ice Tea plus a vanilla syrup.
I looked at the receipt while they were making the drink bc the price seemed higher than usual.
