An incredible dining experience with delicious food, unique wine, and knowledgeable wait staff. I've been on several occasions and have been impressed each time. Their menu has some seasonal rotation and some staples, with the dishes being inspired by global street food. Definitely ask questions about the food! The staff do an excellent job of sharing info and contribute highly to the experience.

Vegetarian options: Half their menu is vegetarian, including a fully veg option for their signature Tour of the World tasting menu.

Dietary restrictions: Before putting in our order, the waitress checked with the kitchen to make sure all the dishes would be allergen free.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Such a unique experience where you get to try different dishes from all around the world. Also great with gluten allergies! Would definitely recommend for a large group where everyone can share a little bit of all of the small plates!

Dietary restrictions: Great for gluten allergies.

Lived up to my hopes. The staff was so attentive and accommodating. The food was soooo good. The atmosphere was lively and enhanced with so many little touches. The plates, the lighting and the music all conspired to encourage you to slow down and connect with the food, and your party.

I can appreciate the concept of this restaurant but in my opinion (+ my husband), the flavors of the dishes are all over the place. The food came at all different times, and the palate didn’t really work. The brussel sprouts were ok (too salty). Watermelon salad was excellent. Chicken kabob was cooked well, but the flavors were off. Steak was cooked well, but the chimichurri was too salty. The duck larb was our least favorite dish and was just not good at all and VERY salty.

The service was great. I really wish we could have loved this restaurant but unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations.

I took my wife on a date night not sure what to expect since we’d never been… The food was delicious, the staff was extremely professional, and the music and atmosphere was on point. Would 100% recommend to anyone and we’ll definitely be going back. ?

I’ve been wanting to come here for a long time! Went on a Tuesday night ahead of a concert at the Black Cat. Made reservations but on week nights, might be able to get away with being a walk up. They made a good Shirley temple! Me and my friend shared the chicken skewers and the Cachapuri. The skewers were tender and went amazing with the couscous and peanut sauce. I’ve never had Cachapuri and it was a bit salty for my taste but still fun thing to try! I want to come back and try more stuff soon. And our waitress was super friendly and attentive. Great spot!

They were very accommodating to me when I stopped in to order a to go meal on a frantic night during pride month. The food was really good and while I was a hectic mess they didn't make me feel awkward for needing to take urgent phone calls and and sort out some travel emergencies in the bar. Look forward to coming back for a sit down dinner and trying the tres leches!

Eclectic truly is the way to describe the place. They've got dishes inspired mostly by one country etc and then they add just a touch of fusion to each one. The actual restaurant is colorful and beautiful. The outdoor seating was rather cute as well. Definitely worth the trip, it'll make your tastebuds dance. Would be cute for a first date!

Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. Not lots of free space for extra seats or kids to move around safely etc.

Compass Rose is a definite must-visit. We went for brunch and had a terrific meal. The khachapuri is very good, as is the shakshuka and spice bag. The Asado was also super tasty, although you should ask them to cook the steak medium rare (ours was delicious but overdone). All that said, the highlight of the meal for me were the brussel sprouts, which were incredible. I’d go back just for the brussel sprouts. Other highlights include the French press coffee, which was a pleasant surprise.

Only thing I perhaps don’t love about the place would be the seating, particularly at the front by the window. It’s perhaps comfortable with just 4, but any more than 4 at that table is really uncomfortable. Won’t try to sit there again.

Food here is great and is a must try.
