Horrible food. Bad service..Ridiculously expensive. don't come!! Boycott!!

I ordered a potatoes soup and sandwich, and the soup wasn't tasting the same it was sour and thick, so I asked the manager to change it, he changed it for a broccoli soup cup and it was horrible. The manager agreed both soups were overheat and said soups were heat all morning. He offered me a refund and saw other manager put his face in the pot and said it doesnt smell bad and was trying to make me feel I was lying, I told him to try them and both managers started talking in their language (no english). I left with an unpleasant experience.

I realize it’s a training restaurant per the sticker on the door, but please don’t leave your trainees on their own when they don’t know how to work the register, don’t complete the orders, nor bring silverware when requested. If a customer orders a salad, they’re gonna need a fork to eat it.

Everything was much tastier than it looked from a flattened croissant with ham and Swiss to an iced cold brew in a cheap looking plastic cup. Service was polite but the store really should move the menu to where people in line could see it - before they have to order

Came to get the turkey pretzel limited time sandwich which I was waiting patiently for it's return and it was absolutely awful. In the past it was larger, had an amazing pause and more importantly it had wonderful salt crystals which is a staple for any pretzel. Instead, I received bread with very little sauce that did not taste the same.
What a disappointment!

Outstanding customer service! Everyone is so kind and friendly. My usual go to is the avocado wrap & the muffins made fresh. The dining area remains clean and organized at every visit. Kudos to the team! Highly recommend!

I came in around 7:30am on a Saturday morning, and there was a line to order with 3 people ahead of me. The lady at the register was initially pleasant, but when paying she told me to select my tip in a demanding way. I hadn’t even received any service yet other than standing in a line and giving my order. I ordered to go and was given a number. I was given the pastry which was already in a plastic container. I waited 30 minutes for them to make a latte and 1 breakfast wrap. There seemed to be at least 5 workers but looked a little like chickens with their heads cut off running around but not really bringing out any orders. It seems that the kitchen needs a better work flow. The food was okay, but the wait was frustrating. Probably wouldn’t go back unless I had a lot of time to kill.

Stopped in for breakfast before spending the day walking around the city. Wide variety of food options, from breakfast burritos and sandwiches to pastry items. All was delicious, as well as the coffee. Efficient, friendly service.
