Good food. Reasonable prices. The self serve kiosk can be a little confusing so we ended up with about 5 extra orders of toast somehow. Pancakes are pretty good.

I usually only write a review to praise great service (seriously, look at my reviews), but this experience was so bad, I had to let the company know. I just went in with two friends, we all ordered separately at the kiosks. My first friend got their order and was told that the drink they had been given was not a cold brew like they ordered and paid for, instead they were given an iced coffee. Not offered a refund or anything, just handed the coffee, informed of the swap, and the employee walked away. I ordered a Carmel iced latte and was given a chocolate iced latte, which I didn’t realize until we had left and gotten back to our work. My other friend also didn’t notice until we returned to our work that the pancakes that she paid extra to have a banana topping was given without any topping at all. It’s a shame that we will never be going back and we will be steering all of our coworkers away from there because they have a great selection of food. The service is just below any acceptable standard. A mistake I understand, but this was complete incompetency at best. I would do 0/5 stars if I could. In this economy, you have to make it worth peoples’ money, and this is not it.

The ice machine has been broken for months and the alternative is a bucket of melted ice on the countertop with one scoop that everyone has used. Super unsanitary. My food is good but this issue needs to be fixed.
Great foods and beverages.

Here is an example of a restaurant that used to have some pride in its quality and service that has taken a nose dive in recent years. It is clear that they can’t hire qualified managers, the touch screen order system has made service even more confused, and most sadly, the food has become mediocre (at best) where once it was solidly above average. Too bad, because the location is perfect.

My food was delicious! I ordered the oatmeal and the bacon and egg croissant on Uber Eats! Both was perfect.

Has plenty of room but most of the tables are dirty, with dishes that haven't been removed. Plenty of staff but everyone was moving at snail pace even first thing in the morning. And the food is sub-par. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was cold. I asked them to heat it up and they heated it up to such an extent that all the cheese burned and it was scorching hot and absolutely destroyed. They couldn't find middle ground between cold and scorching hot and unedible. Time for a classier place like Tatte to replace this outdated, school canteen-style eatery.

Some of the staff are helpful while others are not. The food is pretty much what you'd expect but nothing exciting. Like all stores in this franchise, they are predictable and you go there because of convenience not preference.

The food was not accurate to the menu.
We stopped here to grab a quick bite on our way to Union Station. We ordered two sandwiches thinking that would be fast since we had a bus to catch, but it took 20 minutes to get them… When we finally did, the bread was SO cold —like they just took it out of the fridge. Not much inside the sandwiches either. They were inedible. The coffee was ok.
Pricey for the amount of food you get. Breakfast bowls are very bland. Croissant was hard as a rock. Pancakes were dry and tough to eat. For $8.50 I didn’t expect my pancakes to come served on a greasy, food stained paper plate with plastic wear. Won’t be coming back.
The cafe is clean and offers a variety of breakfast and lunch. It's fast and has reasonable prices. The food is not the best but it's a fast option.
strange attitude towards a client who asked for help twice - they simply ignored him
