I was unsure about ordering fried shrimp at an Irish pub, but it turned out to be excellent. Fries were fries, coleslaw was good. It's a small place but we somehow found a wall to park our 2 mobility scooters somewhat out of the way. Service wasn't BAD, it was just pretty blah. Classic smallish bar. Well taken care of and friendly service. One of the smoothest Guinness’s I’ve ever had. The Ruben wasn’t anything to write home about. Cleaned my plate though ;)

Couldn't ask for a more convenient place to eat and drink when staying in the Phoenix Park Hotel since its right in the lobby and there isn't a whole lot of options in the area. Nice service at the bar and in the restaurant. Food was pretty good too. Also went to a private pre-wedding party here that was well serviced.
