Made a reservation for 8:30. Made it in advanced so we did not have to wait for a table. Walked up to two hostesses who were very rude and said they didn't have my reservation. Meanwhile I showed them a text that said my table was ready on my phone. My guess is they sat somebody else using our reservation and they played it off as if we were idiots. Completely unprofessional and I heard them talking bad about other people waiting to get a table. I asked to be put on the top of the waiting list and they instead took a reservation for a group of 6 instead of finishing off placing us in the reservation system. We were really looking forward all weekend to trying this place and are extremely disappointed with the lack of care the staff provided to us.
