“I took my husband here for a birthday lunch. He ordered the fish and chips and I ordered the salmon avocado salad. Both were amazing!! The salad had fresh ingredients and even the dressing tasted homemade. The fish and chips were fried to perfection and melted in your mouth. Service was excellent and we were made to feel right at home. The restaurant was clean and inviting and I can’t wait to return once the outdoor patio is open. Many thanks to the owners for making my husband’s birthday special and ensure he felt celebrated.“
“I arrived solo and somehow felt out of place. My drink was amazing. Ordered 12 wings with 2 different flavors but I couldn't tell if they were actually 2 different flavors because they tasted the same. Neither was the flavor I ordered. Then again, I'm from Memphis, TN home of south and flavor is a must. According to reviews I was excited to go but unfortunately it was not a friendly environment in my opinion. My drink was good though.“
“GreenIsland Bakery makes THE most delicious shortbread cookies you will ever taste -- my family enjoyed the light, melt-in-your-mouth flavors so much that we ate all three packages we bought in one sitting. They're beautifully packaged and uniquely tasty -- they also make for a beautiful gift! As a self-proclaimed cookie connoisseur, I cannot recommend them enough :)“
“Nice dive bar up by the zoo! It's a very chill spot but has lots of seating (a very cute window spot) and is a great place to go watch sports or to go if you have a bigger group. They have cheap beer but also good draft options. We got a bucket of coors banquet for $16, and you get five of them so pretty killer deal. For sure a no frill place but our bartender was lovely and very attentive! Great spot to stop by if you're in the area or looking for a place to watch sports.“
“Really lucky to be able to celebrate St. Patrick's Day 2024 in this magnificent pub with a supercharged atmosphere. In addition, we are entitled to beautiful sunshine on March 17 and a really mild temperature. We are talking about 24 degrees. A very nice atmosphere, good service and a few pints of Guinness which did us really good.“
“Thrilled to have found this place while attending a training conference nearby. I am not ashamed to say I came here for lunch every day of the week The good: the atmosphere is as good as it gets for a pub. Quiet lunch stop, Friendly staff a traditional pub menu great whiskey selection and a gorgeous mirror backed ornate wood bar display. I swapped between both the Reuben and fish sandwich all week and highly recommend either. The bad: My major complaint is that this place is too far from my house but it may be good enough that I start looking for new apartments in the area. This is what it is to the maximum degree if you are in the mood for an Irish pub I don't think you can do better.“
“We hosted my husband's retirement social in the upstairs room. The staff was wonderful to work with both before and during the event. The food was delicious, the atmosphere cozy and fun, and staff was responsive to any and all requests. 10/10 would book another event with “

“Went for St Patricks day, I know, but…. Packed place, $10 cash only cover, outdoor seating and music/entertainment. Wife was told no reservations allowed two weeks earlier, but inside seating by reservation only???Paid the cover and got indoor seating immediately. Cant hear outside music inside.Limited menu. I thought our server didn’t like brown town, but according to my wife, he didn’t like me.Whatever it was beer was cold, fish and chips were mediocre and under seasoned. Cole slaw. a bit heavy on the mayonnaise. Fries were decent.Overall experience on this crowded day was lower then expected. Indoor seating on a hot day was nice. Valet parking helps too.Oh yeah my first beer was served in a plastic cup in a dining room with white table cloths. I thought it strange. Didn’t take a pic of it.I doubt I’ll go back.“
“Great local Irish pub. Guinness was cold and expertly poured. I ordered the Irish Beef Stew that was delicious. Oddly, the stew was light on beef and heavy on carrots. Good nonetheless. The night I went they had a live Irish singer which was an unexpected treat. Would definitely go back.“
