Some of the staff are helpful while others are not. The food is pretty much what you'd expect but nothing exciting. Like all stores in this franchise, they are predictable and you go there because of convenience not preference.

Pricey for the amount of food you get. Breakfast bowls are very bland. Croissant was hard as a rock. Pancakes were dry and tough to eat. For $8.50 I didn’t expect my pancakes to come served on a greasy, food stained paper plate with plastic wear. Won’t be coming back.

Very convenient for tourists commencing their day journey to the Capitol. It's just a few blocks from the Capitol. Always busy, particularly in the morning. The atmosphere is okay. The bathroom requires a keycode before you can answer the call of nature. It was crowded and fully filled. They require extra staffing. Tables are notoriously untidy. Food- nothing extraordinary, but the edible price is extremely fair.
