Cosi is a great convenient stop for lunch or dinner! I just got off the metro and spotted Cosi from afar. I was hungry as a visitor in DC and decided that Cosi looked welcoming. I went inside and saw that Cosi had many different options, including sandwiches, soups, and salads. The place itself was clean, service was great and friendly, and overall I had no complaints. Regarding food, I ordered a Turkey Avocado sandwich. I paid around $10 and thought the flavor was pretty good. It wasn't that much food, but it wasn't bad for the price. The avocado had the perfect amount of salt, and the turkey was fresh too. The sandwich came on a flatbread which was alright. Overall, the sandwich was pretty good--nothing too special, but flavors were decent. Overall, I'd come back to Cosi if I were in a rush or in need of food right away. Service is wonderful--they greeted every customer when they stepped in and were always so friendly! Prices are reasonable for DC, but I may choose to use that money at a non-chain restaurant.

I don't know what it is about this one Cosi that keeps getting my orders wrong and/or overcharging me. Some employees take your order by writing it down and give you a number. Some do 55728384 things while listening to you and then get it wrong. WTF? Just write it down. I don't get it. I only go here when I'm desperate or forgot my homemade breakfast and of course, every now and then I get the wrong order or overcharged. It's ridiculous.

They have So many great options and the food tastes wonderful. Their flatbread is AMAZING. Prices are good for what you get and they have a terrific rewards program. The place is nice and clean, great environment to sit down and eat if you have time. Customer service is good as well. One of my favorite places to eat!

Adobo bowl... worsts bowl I've ever had. Plain white rice with bland veggies chicken and processed “avocado†that looked like a soup. The bowl consisted of 90% plain white rice
