Their sushi rolls are AMAZING!! I didn’t think they would be ‘out of this world’ but wow, the taste of their rolls tasted better than most of what I tried in Tokyo or Osaka! Definitely worth trying if you’re staying at the Grand Hyatt or in the area!
It was okay for hotel food. A bit on the expensive side. Bacon cheeseburger with an order of sushi was $74 after tip.

The friendly and attentive staff, particularly the bartenders, provide exceptional service, though some servers may need improvement. The ambiance is pleasant, and the food quality is excellent, making it a great dinner spot. Customers have praised the wonderful food, with the ribeye and French onion soup being cooked just right. However, some have noted that the water had a weird taste and smell, and that no bread or rolls were served ahead or with the meal. The server's knowledge of the menu and attentiveness have received mixed reviews, with one customer finding the server to be excellent and knowledgeable, while another was disappointed that the server couldn't explain the menu and left them mid-order.
