Great place. Not too loud. Great appetizers. The lemongrass chicken meatballs were good and different. Husband and I shared the sashimi and rolls. They were also good. Overall, it was great dinner.

This place really deserves 10 stars, the food was exceptional and the service was top notch! I have been to Michelin rated restaurants that cannot compete with this place. Me and my wife came here for a wedding anniversary dinner during our visit to the cherry blossom festival staying for an extended amount of time. The first server Maher and the second server Cassie both are super professional, went above and beyond, we never felt rushed. We never had a dull moment over dinner and we never felt pushed. Next time we are in DC we will be back here!

I normally wouldn’t expect much from a hotel restaurant, but this place actually makes great food! The grand club was closed due to renovation so they hand out vouchers for two appetizers and two house wine or beer each day as a substitute. Each appetizer was right on the spot. The chicken sandwich on the brunch menu was heavenly - best I’ve had in a while. Maher was very attentive.

Came here in a Monday night 6pm for dinner party of 6. It's located inside the Grand Hyatt. Floor plan layout is unconventional with several mezzanine seating areas. I like it since it keeps the tables more secluded. Decor and ambiance is modern and somewhat classy. We ordered several appetizers and they were all decent. But nothing really stood out for me. My concern is the high price tag, ranged from $15-$20, not a good value for me. For entrees the 40oz ribeye steak looked impressive and it tasted flavorful and tender. We could share it among 4 adults. Served with bed of wild mushrooms and 3 mustard selections. $90 Scottish salmon was ok, nothing special. Charcuterie we chose 5 items for $35, we tried a couple meats and cheeses, nothing stood out. I actually enjoyed their breads more. Service was friendly and attentive. Pro tip: You can use your Hyatt VIP free apps and wine/beer vouchers. Save a lot of money! Overall, for the food is decent but for the high price tag, I'd rather go somewhere else.

Sushi was decent but nothing special. Service was below average. Asked to refill our drinks finally when finished eating and about to leave. Ordered a beer and waiter pretty much forgot about it. Took a long time to get our food. Overall not a great meal. The hotel connected to the restaurant was a comfortable stay atleast.

The food here tastes right out of the Sysco package and the service is abysmal. Just don't

We traveled from NC to have a weekend getaway and couldn't wait to try this place. Aster, our beautiful waitress, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend requesting her for your time here. the sushi is incredible and so fresh. cocktails are made beautifully. the atmosphere is comfortable but modern. I will definitely come back again on our next adventure!

Serving both French and Japanese cuisine, appreciated that they have classics that aren't muddied with poor fusions. Classic Nigiri are featured, and our chicken and Seabass were both great, with the Sweet potato and Articoke puree on the respective dishes being the highlight.Conveniently located within the Hyatt hotel and quality enough to visit even if not staying there.

Got the burger and French onion soup. The burger was great. The soup was lacking salt. It’s in a hotel and ambience is averagely good.

We had a group reservation for a dinner. Even though we pre-ordered all of our appetizers, entrees and desserts, it took a good hour to get any food on the table. The server was very nice and polite but she had a hard time figuring out who ordered what, even with a list in her hand. Now to the food - very nice presentation but food lacked flavor - especially the salad and dessert. Between what my husband and I ordered, ravioli was the only dish that I truly enjoyed. Fondue was barely warm and I also wasn’t impressed with a flavor. The ambiance was pleasant, service was ok but with unnecessary delays and confusion, and the food, especially for the price, was very mediocre.

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel restaurant overcomes my expectations. I loved everything about this place. The atmosphere is great - you could find more crowded place closer to the bar, or of you want to talk and enjoy more silent time - they have the tables that good for that too (closer to the hotel lobby). The service is superb and food is dying for. Everything was delicious, but absolutely the best dish are always have some seafood (we tried scallops, octopus, fish). Great experience!

Food is okay but the bad review is for the horrible staff. The managers seem great but the servers are just looking for a tip and are as racist as they come. Disgusting and absolutely abysmal. I think less of Hyatt for having this establishment on site. Shameful.
