German Wine Society Holiday Dinner!
Great service & food.
Great food, attentive staff, beautiful setting, quiet so that one can converse, pianist on certain nights
To attend you either have to be a member or a guest of a member, but it is lovely. There is free valet, and the spaces inside are great. I've been a guest foe 2 separate prime rib nights and the food was delicious. The slight downside is that the line for food was long at times. After dinner we grabbed drinks and went to the game room for pool and chess. The architecture and details are exquisite. If you have the possibility to visit, you should!
One feels as though he/she was in Versailles! One of the most beautiful I l rooms in DC.
Everything about this visit was spectacular. Thank you!
Service is super, decor is stupendous, and food is very good. Salmon was tender and flavorful.
Attended for a class. It's nice inside but not modern
It was an elegant experience.
Beautiful historic building inside and out. Excellent, attentive staff . Dinner however, was underwhelming from start to finish.
A well established professional club in Washington DC. Many great areas for meetings. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. In addition to the library, great food and relaxing atmosphere the library and meeting rooms are where a lot of deals are made and partnerships are established.

Lovely, historic private club that is staffed by the nicest people possible. Great food and drink, too.
I wish I were a member... that says it all.
Lovely, prestigious club on Dupont Circle surrounded by embassies and staffed by very friendly people.
Good food, nice rooms, great amenities.
They can hook you up for parking as well.
Worth getting an introduction, if only to look at the photos of all the members who have won Nobel or Pulitzer prizes or any of a bunch of other things.
A grande dame of a private club in DC. Refined elegance.
This impressive old Washington DC house of history and prestige has walls covered with photos of famous icons in their field. Imagine the conversations heard by these walls over the decades. I was treated to lunch in one of the many elegant, comfortable dining areas. 🙏🌺
