First - this review is primarily of the Whiskey Bar on the bottom floor of the Motto (Hilton) hotel. It is marketed as a “speakeasy”, which implies dim lighting, relaxing and upscale vibe, maybe jazz music. It is well decorated and dim, but be prepared for a DJ with loud dance music (no dance floor). Dropped in around 5pm as a party of two and made our way to the rooftop for drinks. Ordered a French 75 and Old Fashioned. The young male bartender made the French and a young, short female made the Old Fashioned. He poured the brut so fast, it bubbled over so much he poured some of it out and sat it on the counter.
