We walked by this place not really looking to eat but the exterior stopped us in our tracks. We looked in and saw all the pastries and decided to make a quick pit stop. We got a Pistachio Meringue Roulette to share. Mistake. Should have gotten one for myself. The flavors work perfectly together. I also got the Strawberry Matcha to wash it all down and I’m still thinking about it. Wish they would bottle that stuff!

Best bakery in AdaMor. The food is excellent and the servers are so so nice and sweet. It is not cheap for the small portion of the food but worth the money. Perfect for a date or sitting on a book or getting some work done. I love this place! ?Apple caramel tea here is heavenly btw

Wonderful crepes of chicken and mushroom with a savory sauce. We both loved it. And then dessert consisted of three small pancakes with caramelized pecans, just enough (but not too much) syrup, and cream. So good. Slava Ukraini!

D Light Cafe is SO good, but it is unfortunately very difficult to find space here, especially after 1pm. I came here today around 3pm, hoping to try the lemon tart cake, but left after there was no seating, so I hope that D Light is able to figure out options for outdoor seating, similar to what Ruta's in Eastern Market does. The servers are so kind, and care a lot about the safety of their customers. I just feel bad that they are targeted by individuals trying to rob them and harass their patrons because this place does have a space in my heart.I really like the coffees and desserts here. Their cakes are always tasty, although the honey cake could have used a bit more moisture. Their croissants are also amazing, and complement the coffees that they serve. My favorite coffees would have to be the pink dream latte and red eye.I hope to come back here again. Highly recommend visiting if you are ever in Adam's Morgan.

Not worth the visit. Long lines , service is bad and worst of all is the organization and food. The fact that you can order food but won’t have a table to sit at and you have to wait for 45 min after order to find a table is ridiculous. All our food came out cold. Cold eggs are nobody’s favorite. Two dishes came out with a 15min interval. Drinks didn’t come until after we were both finished with food. Overall bad in all aspects.
