Terrible customer service! They do not complete your orders correctly. Please make sure you watch what they are doing, as they will make your order wrong and still give it to you incorrectly. I recommend you guys to get a new toaster, as uncooked bagels are disgusting to serve. I will not be returning to this location and think they need to revamp the staff.

Mon morning 07/15, ordered the lox everything bagel, everything was on it except the lox, the main ingredient! How can this be missed? This place needs to pay more attention and do better. I was already back at the office and it was too hot outside to walk back to fix their mistake, so I just ate the veggie bagel lol. Will not be returning and won't recommend to anyone.

I won’t be going back after today. I placed an order for a non toasted turkey sandwich. A pleasant White lady came after me and ordered the same kind of non toasted turkey sandwich. While the young lady started was making a sandwich, she looks at me. The turkey slicing dude told her no and to make the White lady’s sandwich. I said I was here first, he told the young lady to keep making the White lady’s sandwich. Then he looks at me to make my sandwich. At that point, I stepped back, scratched my head and left. I’m too old to be tolerating racism. I’m still giving you 5 stars for the morning oatmeal I will miss.

As we proceeded it was made clear to me that they do not respect or even consider BIPOC worth their time. I tried speaking to the manager when I was in there and was told they were not available to hopefully leave feedback. Unfortunately they were not available and I’m hoping it’s due to the upcoming new year and not to ignore fair criticism. The food though decent, is not worth being treated like this. There are so many other places in the area to try and I recommend spending your money elsewhere. Notice the names of people in the reviews who also left sub-par ratings and you’ll notice a pattern…
