Pizza was delivered and it was very disappointing.. the pizza is hard. The pizza is very small for the price paid. The pizza is burnt… The audacity to use ā€œDetroitā€ name in vain… Detroit pizza is way better than this on any day!!! I do not recommend this at all..

Extremely bad experience. Waited for 30 mins, no water nothing. Once asked we were told there was no order given. Then I thought it might have been a mistake and ordered to go and then also I was just waiting ultimately when I saw people came after me leaving after eating I snapped and asked to cancel my order. The person on the counter didn’t even apologize about it and looked so CASUAL. Horrible experience. Completely incompetent.

The food here is not too bad. Not as great as some other places but tasty indeed. I encountered some issues with the service being slow, but nothing too crazy. However, I took the time to review some of the other negative reviews on here and it's pretty shocking the way whoever is responding to them is behaving. Instead of checking the issues and trying to do better it seems this person is taking everything personally and completely alienating any potential repeat customers. I know they will leave some snarky comment to my review that I won't be able to respond to, so I'll just leave you with this - it isn't good business to drive away upset customers instead of trying to win them back.

The pizza here was tasty, but that’s about where the positive stops. After we walked in we waited by the ā€œplease wait to be seated signā€ for a few minutes as directed, but we had to approach the bar after awhile of not being greeted, although we could hear people around the corner and there were no other customers being helped at the time. After finally being greeted, they had to clean off one of the tables and we took a seat. One server brought water and said ā€œyour server will be with you shortlyā€. After waiting a few more minutes a different server brought our plates and silverware, but no mention of food. After waiting even more time for our server to take our order, we were finally forced to go back up to the bar again to ask when they would be taking our order, only to be told that we had to order via the online menu. We were not told this at any time before that. After looking over the menu even more, we decided to order some ā€œminiā€ pizzas listed on their paper menu, but these options were not available online. For the third time we were forced to approach the bar and ask for assistance. At that time they informed us the paper menu was released at least two days too early and they could not place the order we wanted. After discussing different options we were finally able to create a custom order that resembled the minis listed on their menu. Before we got our pizza we were given two very small glasses and some water. I’m fine with the glasses being small but if that’s the case the refill rate needs to match the size. We were not asked once if we needed a refill even after the carafe and our glasses were empty. To add insult to injury, they did not have any bags to give us after boxing up our leftovers. The food was good but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle.

Ordered online via DoorDash. Ordered a pizza slice and half a classic caesar salad. Pizza arrived but salad did not. The pizza was less than a slice, and for twice what it cost I could have ordered a whole pizza. Called the owner about the missing salad, and he was extremely rude and insulting. Said it was a DoorDash issue and he hung up. I would NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES recommend this dive to anyone. And the owner does not deserve to be in business.

There were three of us that came at 7pm on a Tuesday. The first pizza came in a reasonable time but took over 45 min to get the second and over an hour to get my mini deep dish pizza. No apology. Looks like a lot of takeout orders. $2 coupon as advertised didn’t work. Seemed like both servers were inexperienced.
