I ordered from DoorDash. Claudia called me to ask what dressing I wanted on the side. I didn’t select. That’s up and beyond customer service.
The lettuce wasn’t fresh. Kinda welted.

You can't beat the decent price for these awesome sandwiches and wraps. Nice portions and friendly service. My go-to for my lunch fix.

Devon and Blakely offers convenient options, but the overall experience falls short of the price point. Tables are often dirty and not maintained, which affects the atmosphere as soon as you sit down. Food quality varies and does not always match the menu’s intent.
The chicken Milanese illustrates the issue. The cut is too thick, which makes it tough and not very flavorful, even when served warm. A thinner, cutlet-style preparation would suit the concept far better and allow the sandwich to be stacked properly. Several of the other sandwiches appear to sit too long, and the avocado shows visible oxidation that changes both taste and texture.
The place could become a better choice with fresher ingredients, wider variety, and more attention to basic upkeep. At the moment, the value does not align with the cost, which keeps the rating at three stars.

A great place!!
Nothing fancy, but a good place to get a quick, reasonably priced lunch. I had the Parmesan Chicken Salad Sandwich ($11.25) and Devon Side Salad ($5) with a large iced tea ($4). Everything was fresh and delicious.

Got the White Bean and escarole soup with the complimentary bread. It was a good lunch.
The service was great! I called ahead to ask if they had vegan soups, and she said yes and that they were labeled. And she said that she could check the box to see if the bread was vegan (which it was). There were 3 vegan soups, white bean and escarole, vegetable lentil soup, and 3 bean chili

I happened upon this little gem while visiting DC area. It was raining so the soup was a satisfying choice. Delicious and healthy variety of affordable soup, sandwiches and salads.

Solid food, good bagels, quick service and overall clean. We stopped in for a late breakfast bite and were very happy.

You need to list your prices accurately. I’ve been paying 2$ for cauliflower that is clearly listed as costing 75 cents. I just spoke to a manger and they said they haven’t had time to update their prices yet. That is not acceptable and not the consumers job to take on. Terrible.

The turkey chili was disappointing. It had a lot of spice, but not much flavor. The chili had a "canned tomato sauce" taste. It came with a really nice piece of bread. The rare roast beef sandwich is excellent.
