We dined here before our Comedy show and the food was delicious. We ordered our food and the food came before our drinks, which was unbelievable. Our server was very attentive and checked on us frequently. We will definitely return.

Service was impeccable. They worked to accommodate allergies of members of our party. The steaks were ok.

We booked here for Valentine's Day. First time here and the service was excellent and the valentines filet and shrimp was excellent as was the apple pie dessert! All around very good experience and nicely decorated and furnished restaurant,

Clyde's was beautiful! And James M was a fabulous server. He worked so hard and did a great job for us and all of the tables around us. We would definitely go back again!

Been to Clydes twice — conveniently located next to the Capital One Center. Service is always decent (not amazing but good enough). Cocktails have been decent, but the food just isn't worth eating. Last night we ordered fish and chips and a chicken sandwich. The fish was watery, bland/unseasoned and a tiny portion. Tartar sauce was meh, and fries were overly seasoned. The chicken sandwich didn't even seem like real chicken — overall just poor quality food. Initially we had been excited about trying the banana bread pudding but after such a disappointing meal we decided not to risk it and ordered only another round of cocktails. Those cocktails were find though they took a very long time to arrive and we sat for quite some time with nothing. Might return to visit the bar but probably not for food.

The quality of the food was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our meal. However, there was one detail that disappointed us. Even though lemonade and sodas were listed on the drinks menu, they were not available, and the server instead guided us toward ordering a non-alcoholic cocktail that cost more than twice the price of the sodas.

Every year before 2025, Clyde's is decorated for the season and very beautiful. This year a small tree by the door and that was it. What happened to all the beautiful poinsettias? Disappointing. Service was a little lacking in comparison to my other many visits as well. Duroc Pork Milanese was terrific though--great job in the kitchen and from the bartenders.

The food and service as amazing. We had a variety of brunch options. It turned out very well.

I treated my staff to lunch for Xmas. They were very happy about everything! They told me it was a great choice! This was their first time at Clyde's.

It was such a great experience for my dad's birthday. The service and food were awesome and really appreciated our waitress.

Overall good experience, however price seemed a little high compared to the amount of food we were given. We ordered wings and the sliders. The sliders were meh for presentation and quantity for price however the wings were good for price and quantity. Still had a good time dining though.

Food was amazing per usual. Started with half order wings but when asked for double dipped still received regular wings. No harm tho still great taste. Highly recommend the calamari too and our oysters were so fresh! Server was a bit aloof and the young lady that brought our drinks almost wasted on us and not too long after drenched another guest while delivering drinks. We had steak, crab cakes, more wings and salmon and everything tasted perfect. Our sorbet and ice cream dessert was a wonderful finish although I don't remember being recommended anything from our server. We had picked a few drinks of the cocktail menu as well and the winter sidecar was insanely good. Not many pics taken bc our conversation was too good but good to come back again. Amber collected our checks but wasn't our server but her energy was great n we hope to sit with her in the future

CLyde's is one of my go-to's. Always good food and service. Reasonably priced (especially for DC).

Been here twice. Service and food are top notch. Love the meatloaf! One of our favorite places to eat near the Klein Theater & National Portrait Gallery.
