This was quite possibly the absolute worst experience of my life and that is saying something. We ordered $60 ish worth of food and after hours of waiting the driver “Abdullah” texted he was almost at our hotel so my daughter went to the lobby to get the order. Fifty minutes later he entered the hotel with cold food and not even the complete order and started blaming her for the bad service. I called the store manager and he was of the attitude that he was doing us a favor by refunding our purchase price which is completely besides the point. Any employee that is trained or allowed to treat paying customers in this way is completely missing or disregarding proper training. Unless and until the corporate office deals with this unprofessional conduct and improves the reviews I would steer clear of this restaurant.

Absolutely terrible store. Placed the order and it has yet to be delivered now over 2 hours later. Every time I reach out to the store I am placed on a hold that is no shorter than 20 minutes. This is by far the worst dominos in the city.

Placed an order on their website. After waiting an hour I was called and they informed me they didn’t have enough drivers to deliver my order. When I asked if I could pick it up they told me no. Staff was rude on the phone.

They're pretty disorganized and don't track delivery orders well. Mine was stuck in "qualtiy check" for like 30 mins. The food itself is okay, definitely below par though compared to other Dominos. The one other thing that is annoying is carryout closes at 11pm even though delivery is still available til 1am. It's a bit frustrating that they're open but don't let you come pick up your own order.
EDIT: I received my order and the pizza was completely wrong. I ordered a veggie pizza, but I got delivered one with bacon on it. If I was vegetarian, this would be a pretty big issue.

Ordered a pizza and it said 28-38 minutes. Showed up 35 minutes after ordered and everyone inside was sitting around not doing anything when we asked how much longer it would be they said they didn’t know, I asked around she said at least 30 more minutes. The employees all just sat around playing on their phone. The woman was clearly pissed we were waiting, eventually she started angrily making pizzas. It was really uncomfortable. They were exceptionally rude. We and another woman cancelled our order.

Ordered 4 pizza and a salad asked for extra sauce on all four pizza but instead got 4 cheese bread pizza and 1 pizza was wrong suppose to have been pepperoni an onion but was straight onion cheese pizza .. was unhappy pizza dry without sauce didn’t ask for cheese bread ..
Lazy and unprofessional employees are just sitting down and scratching their legs barehand also making pizza without gloves and touching mobile device while doing it will not be coming back for sure.

If I could rate this place zero for customer service I would. First day gave us the wrong order, and we told them they didn't apologize or say anything, then she went ahead and made orders before us. When we asked, they said they have to make our order. Soooo where is the order you made for us??? They never apologize and was rude about mixing our orders.

Food was so disgusting. I waited nearly 2 hours. Pizza was leather when it arrived, thank god I checked. I kept the pasta. That was stupid because they screwed that up Too. I understand you’re understaffed, but please try harder with the crew you have. Or just close the location

I was in town for a convention a few days ago and my friend ordered pizza from this store. My other friend and I went to pick it up when the tracker said it was "almost ready." Upon arrival, we talked to an employee who asked for the name for our order, then simply walked away without giving us any kind of update. So we waited. In the meantime, multiple customers complained to the employees about missing deliveries and long waits. An employee opened a door I had not noticed directly into me and did not acknowledge it or apologize, then locked the front doors hours before the posted closing time, evidently just to keep customers from coming in to complain about their orders. Customers began knocking at the door. Employees ignored it, so those of us in the lobby just let them in, not knowing what else to do, while laughing at the absurdity. Overall, it was about a forty-five minute wait (after we arrived) and the pizza was fine, but the service was obviously abysmal. Judging from reviews here, our experience was not unique. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
delivery takes a fat minute from the times I've ordered - usually better to pickup instead of delivery...part of the city life
