The front area of Luna Hall was a bar/club and the second half was a food court with a few places to select from. Great made-to-order soup dumplings and shui mai. Each were made to order (see photo) so be prepared to wait a few minutes (well worth it) for your order. Inside Luna Hall DC (a small food hall in Chinatown), Dumpling District is the vendor at the very end of the hall. They sell handmade dumplings, fried rice, and more. Since their dumplings looks so good, I got one of each through the Rainbow Bowl. Each really popped, but my favorite were the truffle and the shrimp one. The hall has seating, a few outlets, and Wi-Fi.
