Tony Cheng is the oldest Chinese restaurant in DC, with an old-school atmosphere. The food is decent, with the duck being a highlight, but not exceptional. Service can be hit-or-miss, with some reporting excellent service while others found waiters to be impolite. Drinks have fun names but are overpriced.
