The two employees literally ignored everyone in line until people just walked out after waiting for 15+ minutes to be acknowledged. Not a "sorry, be right with you" - you just don't exist. Haven't seen this one before. Wow.

A very tiny Dunkin outpost with very efficient, semi-friendly service (hey, semi-friendly is good in this city of unfriendly bureaucrats and their like with an embarrassingly exaggerated sense of self-importance!). It's really too cramped to eat your food and sup your drinks inside, though there is a small stand-up counter.

The cashier was horrible and the service, I would never eat there again. She was rushing us out. She had no customer service skills and she gave me the wrong donuts. You need to do employee training. I did not get her name, but today is 6-28-2024 at around 9:35am. She is a Latina female. She is horrible.
