0 stars if I could. Lady working the shift that’s on at 3pm on 12/12/2023 had a nasty attitude. I politely asked to use the bathroom as I am traveling back to nyc and needed a coffee and bathroom stop. She looked me up and down and told me there’s no bathroom to use, I clarified I would be purchasing, and she still gave me a snappy response. There is no need for treatment like that towards anyone. I don’t normally do reviews but I’ve lived across from this Dunkin for 4 years. It’s always inconsistent and the people hate working there and they hate the customers that go in there. Nothing works for placing orders correctly or them even having fresh enough donuts. This place is dookie.

I asked how is it not free when it says free and she scanned it but didn’t count it.
