I used to live across the street from this Dunkin and would irregularly do mobile orders. I say irregularly because I’m not the biggest Dunkin’ fan and the staff here are rude and ignore you when trying to pick up mobile orders. However, the last few times I’ve come here there is one specific woman who has been there and she is the kindest, most considerate person to have ever worked in the location. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name but you’ll know who she is when you go here. If I hadn’t moved away I would probably start becoming a regular here just because of her.

there is nothing this store has, that’s worth the terrible service you’ll endure. the ‘service’ is the manager named claudia. she specializes in ruining peoples day, and will wait for you at the door, to ruin yours.

I received a free coupon for donating blood and presented my coupon for an egg and cheese wrap and iced coffee. They said ok and then tried to charge me for it! I asked how is it not free when it says free and she scanned it but didn’t count it. DO NOT COME HERE - they are CHEAP and DISHONEST!! disappointed considering how hard it is is park here too that u couldn’t get anything

0 stars if I could. Lady working the shift that’s on at 3pm on 12/12/2023 had a nasty attitude. I politely asked to use the bathroom as I am traveling back to nyc and needed a coffee and bathroom stop. She looked me up and down and told me there’s no bathroom to use, I clarified I would be purchasing, and she still gave me a snappy response. There is no need for treatment like that towards anyone. It is a shame a woman would refuse another woman the kindness to use the bathroom given how difficult it is for women to find public spaces for bathroom use. I walked out, I prefer to find elsewhere to get my coffee.
