Thursday I got food poisoning from eating a breakfast chicken wrap. I have my managers safeserv certificate and I know food laws. They use the same gloves for everything. I had to inform them of the food safety laws. The morning manager does not know what SAFESERV is but has a cert plastered on the wall. Which only lets me know that it isn’t legit.

I waited 30 minutes for 2 plain bagels with light cream cheese, they didn’t give me a receipt and i was late to going back to work, three people were in front of me and there’s just no reason it should take nearly half and hour to serve guest, they claim they only have 2 people working but if they need more employees then they should hire or close the store down the store has at least 10 people with only 2 workers

I used to live across the street from this Dunkin and would irregularly do mobile orders. I say irregularly because I’m not the biggest Dunkin’ fan and the staff here are rude and ignore you when trying to pick up mobile orders. However, the last few times I’ve come here there is one specific woman who has been there and she is the kindest, most considerate person to have ever worked in the location. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name but you’ll know who she is when you go here. If I hadn’t moved away I would probably start becoming a regular here just because of her.
Just wanted to leave this review because she deserves the recognition!

I ordered a small coffee and watched as the employee made 3 orders after me. And when I told her I was there first she got an attitude and told me she had to make there food and I needed to wait. Very slow ordering and dirty.
