Three strikes and they’re still out. After three consecutive botched Uber Eats orders, it’s clear this Dunkin’ isn’t dealing with simple mistakes — it’s running on pure, unfiltered incompetence. At this point it feels like they’re actively trying to see how wrong an order can get.
With so many better options in DC, there is absolutely no reason to subject yourself to whatever chaos is happening at this location. Do yourself a favor: skip this Dunkin’.

This was my go to place (I live in the neighborhood), but too many times the food has been messed up (mashed wakeup wraps that looked they threw it against the floor, semi-cold bagels with just a tiny bit of cream cheese). About half the staff are friendly, the other half clearly just don't want to be there.

Dude working the register on sep 5th around 3 pm was a joke. Super rude and un professional. Trash, definitely dont recommend that location as long as the clown is working.

Everything was good it’s just that weird taste in microwaved restaurant food. My iced coffee was good but my bagel tasted like paper plastic. Parking? lol good luck with that at this location.

Why are there NEVER any donuts available 3and 4hrs prior to closing at 8pm! All they had was about 10 donut holes chocolate and glazed..2 little braided apple pie twist and muffins that more than likely been there since they opened this morning. Just close when you sell out lol And no not my first time experiencing this at this location.. I can name 5!

Great service friendly, clean, they have a bathroom.
Got two coffees, 1 decaf and 1 regular. Watched the worker use the same regular brew to make both. When I brought it up she said “they’re the same” and “they’re out of decaf.” So you were just going to pass it off as decaf?? Unsafe for people with actual heart conditions!! I ordered decaf because my partner can’t have caffeine!

Don’t come here they barely speak English. Don’t have the courtesy to even put ice cream in your cone. And then on top of that don’t check their register for payment before assuming you didn’t pay. I didn’t even eat the ice cream after the guy assumed I didn’t pay before checking his register. I just threw it in the trash. Worst 8 dollars spent in my life.

The team was nice yet blunt and served me quickly. But nothing I ordered was edible. I paid over $15 for a sandwich, coffee, and hashbrowns. To be fair, I did drink half of the brown sugar coffee. But the hashbrowns tasted like they had been cooked in months old burnt oil, and the sandwich was rubber, yet wet. It is the first dunkin I have tried since 2017, so maybe it's just me, but I had to buy another meal from a place nearby and won't be trying dunkin again for another 8 years
