The team was nice yet blunt and served me quickly. But nothing I ordered was edible. I paid over $15 for a sandwich, coffee, and hashbrowns. To be fair, I did drink half of the brown sugar coffee. But the hashbrowns tasted like they had been cooked in months old burnt oil, and the sandwich was rubber, yet wet. It is the first dunkin I have tried since 2017, so maybe it's just me, but I had to buy another meal from a place nearby and won't be trying dunkin again for another 8 years

I ordered a brisket hash brown, I was given a loaded hash brown which contains bacon and I am a Muslim woman who does not eat pork(bacon). I asked the representative to remake the order and they gave it to the manager to remake. Instead of her remaking the order she proceed to add the brisket on top and leave the bacon when I clearly stated that I do not eat bacon. Had I not inspected the order before leaving the store I could have become extremely ill. I’m writing because I hope this doesn’t happen to any other customer. That was my first time at that location and I will not be returning. Horrible experience.

It’s a busy spot. Food is what it is. Giving 4 stars to boost rating b/c I let myself get overly annoyed by a mixup about a refund on an app order that could not be filled with my selection. The shop handled the situation with grace, which was very much appreciated. Some advice- don’t order ahead anything other than whole donuts or standard drinks via app or mobile or app in case they are sold-out. And, we all do well to remember, most of us are all out here doing the best we can.

I ordered ahead for 8:15 and I didn't get my order until 8:50! This is outrageous ?
To make things worse, I ordered a tea and they gave me a coffee. The store was so backed up and they had about 20 mobile orders that they hadn't even started. Never have I ever seen such horrible service at a dunkin donuts. Highly do not recommend.

How I was the last to get my simple ass coffee in while the crowd of people BEHIND ME got their smoothies and food I will never know. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee with caramel and oat milk to only have to wait 15 minutes for a group of five white girls and three white men to get all of their order and watch them leave, not an apology, not a single way of making it right besides telling me they were out of the oatmilk I paid extra for ??. I’d rather drink three day old reheated coffee than return.

I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review whether positive or negative but this location calls for a critic. I want to make people aware that based on my experience and other people's review, they are one of the worst locations I've been to. They have a meal deal for a coffee, bacon egg and cheese sandwich and hashbrowns for $6. I said I'll purchase the meal deal but just don't add bacon to my sandwich. I am not asking for price adjustments or any kind of substitutations. Just don't add the bacon. They refused and kept saying we cannot. I asked if the sandwiches are pre made, he said no, we just can't do it. They had no sense of apology or any kind of customer service. They did not care if I was tended to or if my requests can be accomodated in any way.
Worst worst customer service ever.

This place is fine for quick grab and go. I often order through the app and pickup instore. I have had a few items unavailable when I go to pick up and sometimes have to check in with staff to get a replacement/refund. I don't think I've ever stood in line so can't give that much detail about that experience.

Another Dunkin where you order Dark/Midnight Roast coffee, and they hand you that bland regular coffee and hope you don't notice.
