Reviews for CHIKO

Fascinating Dishes, Hit-or-Miss Came to ChiKo with a friend and we were both really excited to check out their interpretation on modern Chinese-Korean fusion. It was a good mix of interesting hit-or-misses. By far our favorite dish was the Rib Eye & Rice Cake, which featured bulgogi, carrots, and rice cake all thinly sliced, all tender and delicious. My friend's Cumin Lamb Noodles were apparently great as well. I don't like lamb, but I did sample a bit of it full review
Awesome place to get your Korean Chinese food craving, you order first and pay then they will give you tray. Fill your own water and sit down. We ordered orangeish chicken and ribeye rice cake. The chicken was hot and crispy, we asked the toppings on the side, I like the chicken but my partner said it's too much batter, I like it the way it is. My rib eye or bulgogi bowl with thick rice noodles were good, but warning: lots of black pepper, they should call it black full review
So Chinese-Korean fusion is what I've been missing my whole life! Dined at the Capitol Hill location on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised to find it was a fast-casual set up. A friend and I ordered a few things and were not disappointed. In order of favorite to least favorite: 1) marinated chilled clams-- to die for. In one small bite, you had ginger, garlic, nori, gochujang, soy. Just divine. 2) smoked catfish fried rice-- never would've thought to add full review
