I thought the suitland silver Hill road was horrible but this one might be worse. Never answer the phone EVER and frequently will give you a bag full of food and drinks but NO NAPKINS OR STRAWS.

I'm not a big doughnut guy, but my seven-year-old daughter is. Waking up early on her birthday to surprise her with chocolate glazed doughnuts, my experience here was positive. I parked out front and I had my doughnuts within 30 seconds. Easy!

If you don't remind them to NOT overcook the bacon they will every time. Weird. They also will see instructions on a delivery order for specific donuts and still give you the wrong ones. Also, barely pick up their phone there. Drinks are always right which is good I guess.

I ordered over 24 hours in advance a small catering order of 300 munchkins and 7 boxes of coffee. When I tried to pay over the phone it took over 20 minutes for the man to get my card number correctly and it still didn’t work. When i arrived the next day at 8:15 (asked for it to be ready at 8) they had JUST started preparing the order. I was 20 minutes late for a 9 AM event because they refused to honor the catering order. I will never use this Dunkin again.

I overheard a very inappropriate conversation between a customer and employee. The customer made a complaint about the coffee not being correct. He asked if it was made correctly, and the male employee admitted to doing it wrong while a woman came and claimed it was made correctly. So he requested a refund in which the woman refused to give him his money back. She was very rude, and it was honestly very disturbing to see how this female employee was responding and reacting to the customer. He was not rude, so i dont know where the hostility was coming from. If you can not provide customer service, then you shouldn't be working in a setting where you have to deal with people regularly. The resolution came from the male employee who remade the coffee THE RIGHT WAY. Zero stars ?

The guy behind the counter didn’t tell me a price, scanned my app, and took my money but said I didn’t pay. He argued with me saying that I didn’t pay because a receipt didn’t print, but meanwhile I see my app missing the amount. I left without the drink. Probably better off without caffeine drinks at this shotty Dunkin anyways.

Would give zero stars if I could. Cluttered and unclean store, out of stock of vanilla ice cream of, all things,as well as the promotional items. On top of all this the service is awful. The staff is lazy, rude and incompetent. This location should just shut down. Highly recommend Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams which is just in the other end of the street.
