The ladies that work there are RUDE.After returning to correct an order, they laughed among themselves, speaking in a different language, and looking at me. No professionalism at all! How they remain there a mystery. Miss important detail like Almond Milk instead of Milk. Missing egg on a sausage egg and cheese. The location saves this place They would so so much better if they learned some customer service skills.

This dunkin has the worst waiting time 15-20 minutes is ridiculous and then if you place a mobile order they don't start making it until you arrive. The absolute worse.

I ordered a cookie butter cold brew and I take a sip and bite on something hard - and it wasn’t the cookie crumbles that go on top of the cold foam. I look at the bottom of my cup and see all this random crap in there?! I called the store immediately and they said it’s cookie crumbles. I’ve attached a picture. Please let me know if I’m just delusional or if they used a cup full of trash for my coffee.

Visited this location 10/17 and this service was amazing! Very nice ladies working and the bagel and croissant we had were the freshest we’ve ever received from a Dunkin’. The bacon and hashbrowns were crispy and the bread was nice and soft. We asked for ketchup packets at the mic and they remembered (not a common occurrence from other locations we’ve visited/fast food in general). Definitely recommend this location :)

I always buy from the same place and 80% of the time it's the same, I always ask for extra sweetness in my iced coffee and they never do it, they act as if I asked them to give it to me and I always pay for everything, it takes them a long time to give me what I ask for, and if there were another Dunkin on my way I assure you that I would not return to this one, learn to give good service and listen to customers
