About 14 years ago, I detained an Eat & Smile catering van in an unlikely case of mistaken identity. In order to validate that they were, indeed, a catering company I had to sample the food stored in the van. Absolutely delicious, my strongest recommendation! In one word, the owner and this business are attentive.
Oh wow, finding a food vendor for our banquet hall wedding was the hardest part of planning! We had tastings with two other vendors and had reached out to probably 10 others before we got to speak with Oliver at Eat & Smile. The first two tastings were a disaster, and we were feeling despondent! But from the first conversation with Oliver, we had hope! His whole approach to fresh, farm-to-table food is refreshing and delightful. He tries to keep his business as green and sustainable...
EAT Catering was phenomenal from start to finish. We had a very specific vision for our wedding—from custom cocktail recipes with particular ingredients to fresh juice brands and detailed menu tweaks—and the EAT team delivered on every single request without hesitation or pushback. Their flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to getting it right was remarkable.
