This place is a gem! I had the Samsa and the fried lamb shank. The fried lamb shank was one of the best dishes that I’ve had during my visit to dc. The meat was tender and it combined with the veggies were perfectly seasoned. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is laid back. The restaurant is on the second level and has good views of Wisconsin street.
I came here with a friend. The chicken had bones in it which was very unpleasant. The rice dish was nice but it was more bones than meat.

Also had the sambusa which was decent.
Very kind. Hostess she made the experience peaceful and enjoyable. I've been in the hospitality food industry for 15 years and that was some of the best tofu that I've eaten in a long time. I appreciate the hostess kindness even though I was mispronouncing the name of the place. Thank you for your patience. As a visitor to Georgetown Washington, that is a great place to stop and eat at
