We thought the caviar and the bbq skewer were out of this world. The somm guided me through an exceptional woman owned and biodynamic wine pairing. Dinner with our add ons took several hours. The atmosphere was lively (the full room got toasty). While dining we were continually (happily) reminded of the world-renowned, three-Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant, Eleven Madison Park in their vegan era both by some of the service and plating.
