Very disappointed the stopped carrying Pergamino coffee. I’m not sure why they are continuing to advertise as if the collab continues when it doesn’t
I had a lovely experience at Emissary Café. I tried the Morning Glow smoothie and it was absolutely fantastic—fresh, local, and honest, like it was made with care and great ingredients. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel like a regular, even though it was my first time. I’ll definitely be back to try all the smoothies. This place has a good vibe that stays with you!

I just tried the Power Boost smoothie and it was life changing! So creamy and just enough sweetness. Very refreshing. Plus the server, Jose, was very polite and attentive. Definitely recommend!

Regular Fri morning visitor. This morning, Friday 27th June Emissary was not open at 7:35. Puzzling and disappointing.

I really want to love this little coffee shop. Great ambience, good drinks. But the internet is completely unreliable and has been for the last year! And since it’s under a house, you can’t even hotspot reliably.
The place is just average. Atmosphere, service, products are all okay - nothing to criticize but I feel this place is definitely overpriced. I ordered a cup of latte but they charge additional for milk (not specialty milk) and syrup (not adding more) so $8… Sandwich was about $20… I feel like with these price range, there are other (better) options in Dupont.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly to enter and/or stay.

I've been attending Emissary x Pergamino (on 20th St) for nearly 6 years, including moves in and out of town, visits back, and finally resettling nearby. Across that time, and a range of baristas, the espresso, food, and atmosphere have remained consistently great. It is a cozy space to work or meet, and the staff is always friendly and effective. It's a great asset to the neighborhood.

Love the place but today they didn’t put music which created a rather awkward atmosphere and the service wasn’t great either

Lots of descriptors in the menu (organic, fresh, single source, etc, etc) for ultimately average food and coffee. You order and pick your drink at the counter and the food is delivered. $55 for two coffee's, scramble eggs and a breakfast burrito is way more than what you pay in the dozen or so cafe's within a 5 min radius.

Insanely overpriced coffee here — $6 for a latte and an extra $3 for non dairy milk! Unbelievable — I was close to ordering the breakfast burrito but for $18? My total would’ve been like 30 bucks! Seriously, what’s wrong with businesses these days. Just highway robbery!
Really good matcha - unsweetened and not too much milk. Cute place, pretty small, indoor/outdoor seating and dog friendly.

Management has changed and the coffee here is now AWFUL. Dont waste a dime. I am not sure about the food in recent months but it used to be ok. The location is great but thats about it. Also, no internet.
