Came to DC to be with relative during surgery at the hospital there. Got in the grill about 15 minutes prior to closing after a long day. Food hadn’t finished cooking and lights were being turned off. Fountain drink area was being taken apart. Not a word from employees about the whole process of getting my fountain drink. Asked manager about my drink and they accused me of being aggressive and I never got my drink. Very humiliating; manager even got another customer engaged...read full review
