Fancy Radish, the only vegan restaurant in the DC area awarded a Michelin recommendation, is sadly closing its doors on October 14, 2023. Despite the short notice, the restaurant remained popular, with diners making last-minute reservations to experience the unique blend of Latin American and Asian flavors.

The menu featured an array of delectable dishes, including the Grilled Corn Salad with gochujang mayo, Rutabaga Fondue, and the crowd-favorite Grilled Avocado. Diners also enjoyed the Miso Butter Noodles and Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, showcasing the restaurant's talent in transforming fresh, seasonal ingredients into flavorful masterpieces without relying on overly processed imitation meat.
