Crummy and depressing hotel restaurant with microwave menu and service put to shame by a prison cafeteria.

Very surprised that Marriott would have this in their hotel. It looks like an old conference room they turned into a night club/restaurant. The music was so loud we were screaming at each other & never saw the server. If you get in late, opt for room service or Uber eats.

Restaurant is under construction but was told the restaurant was temporarily relocated to the 3rd floor of the hotel. Decided to take a chance...it is basically some tables in a small conference room. My wife and I had a burger and brisket sandwich - barely average if that. In the end it was the equivalent of getting room service in a conference room. Wait staff was good but would not recommend coming here until construction/renovation is complete and the actual restaurant is back open.

I stayed at the Marriott at Metro last week (Aug. 25-27). Fire and Sage is the restaurant inside the hotel. It was somewhat late when I arrived, so I decided to get a bite to eat. The restaurant was not busy but the server that seated me was also the bartender. I paid $30.00 for 6 wings, fries, and an iced tea. The sauce on the wings was very unpleasing. It tasted like it was poured directly from the bottle. That may not be necessarily bad if the sauce is good. This sauce was not. My biggest complaint was I never had another interaction with my server. No would you like a refill of tea or can I get you your bill. I almost decided to not leave a tip but did afterward. Total spent was $35.00, never again.

Came to have breakfast and no one was there to sit us or serve us so we left after 10 minutes of waiting - - we saw other people seated and eating so they were open.

$22 for a pepperoni that is the smallest pizza I have ever seen. 1 is basically enough for half a person. And don't believe the brick oven, these are tasteless pizzas. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.

Convenient if you're staying in the hotel. Otherwise not worth it. S-L-O-W.

The pizza and pretzel were very delicious. Service was very quick, and we had multiple servers attend to us assure our order was taken and delivered promptly and correctly. Great food & great service!

Food was reasonable good. Steak well cooked and seasoned. Bread very good. Menu somewhat limited. Service awful. Was in back of restaurant by ourselves. Server rarely came by, took forever to get check. They were not that busy elsewhere it appeared. Overall a definite step below average Marriott related restaurant. They're remodeling the lobby eyc. Should revamp the restaurant.

Waitress took 10 mins to even acknowledge us. 40 minutes to come take our order. 40 minutes for us to get a check. Crab cakes were disgusting I barley touched them, and most waitresses would notice when the food wasn’t touched something was wrong. No refill on drinks when needed. Clearly not customer oriented. Kids pizza was good and generous size. Mom got fried rice which was pretty good. Again CRAB CAKES DISGUSTING!! Service HORRIBLE.
