It's always good to find comforting food in the heart of the city.. specially in DC where you walk a lot to do tourist things!!Not far from the gallery palace Chinatown lies @haadthai with a family friendly atmosphere and very quality service staff!!We tried tofu tod, spring rolls both of which were fresh and crispy!! Great murals, good service, and delicious food!The Tom Kah soup hit the spot for my Thai cravings and then at the recommendation of our server, I also ordered and thoroughly enjoyed the Gai Goang Sub with a medium spice. This place is very good. I had one of the chef specials and a duck dish, both were cooked very well. The service was nice and they were friendly. It was a Monday night so the restaurant was on the quieter side, but that’s fine. I definitely would go back for more food here.
