As a previous restaurant owner with the love of food. Fish scale is my go to for my cheat day. The salmon jerk cheesesteak is phenomenal. All hats off to the chef, he’s whipping the flavor with every bite.
BESIDES THE FOOD BEING AMAZING (THREE OF US HAD THE MARYLAND BLUE CRAB SANDWICHES OMG! WITH POTATOES AND THEIR SUPERB CORN PUDDING!!!) THE OWNERS ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY AND FUN! FISHSCALES RESTAURANT IS A SMALL, FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED ESTABLISHMENT. THE ATMOSPHERE IS VIBE-Y AND FISH-FORWARD: TEN OUTTA TEN.
Wow. I’m blown away. I walked past this hole in the wall, looking diner. Desire to go in and give it a try. I had to wait to order because the person taking my orders was busy preparing food. I watched as this individual carefully crafted the meal. He gingerly placed each amount of meat and squirted it with a perfect amount of sauce.
