Awesome bar showing whatever sports you want. 7 trackman range simulators in large bays with great quality screens and comfy sofas. Awesome place just wish I didn't live 1000 miles away!

Showed up on time. We were asked to step to the side at check in while they assisted someone else who arrived after us and were escorted to their bay. After those 3 minutes, we were lead back upstairs to our bay where someone was playing either for free or as part of their membership who was allowed to finish the hole out. At this point, with a 5 pm reservation, we started entering our names at 5:10. This would all be well and good if we had been allowed to extend 10 minutes at the end of our 2 hour reservation. But instead at exactly 7 pm the group behind us was brought upstairs and were told we needed to end our time, not given the exact same courtesy that was afforded to the single person before us. Again, it doesn’t sound like much, but when your talking about charging 180 dollars for 2 hours of gameplay and you’re not able to start for 10 of those 120 minutes, it leaves quite a sour taste on the experience. And no part of that 10 minute delay included any explanation at all of how to work the simulator or what was available to us.Trackman is good and the beer was as advertised (although took 25 minutes for 4 beers to be brought to us) but Top golf is a probably a better experience if you just want to hit golf balls and relax. If you’re playing by yourself and are serious about golf, it might be worth the premium. This location advertises a lot on social media, but the front desk and managements severely apathetic approach soured our entire experience.

A comfortable place to come and practice some swings and be provided with superb service. We walked in, immediately we were escorted to our bay by Tim and he kindly provided us with water and set us up to play. Later on we were met by our instructor Gazza and was very personable and knowledgeable. He was attentive and informative.

I have been here a good handful of times and it's always fun. They have more Trackman bays than expected. Top of the line for sure. I've been here for events and happy hours. Usually they are run well. Food is just okay and the service is slow. The parking during a weeknight or a night there's a Caps/Wizards game or concert is horrible. Be sure to book a spot in a local garage if that's the case.I went here recently early on a Monday holiday and it was a mess. Trackman went down halfway through so we had to wait for it to reboot. Food never showed up. Plus we were almost cut a half hour short. They were nice enough about everything but it wasn't worth the trip down. I'll give this place another shot in the future and update the review if necessary.Small thing: they provide beat up Callaway golf balls. If you're coming here, you may think about splurging and bringing some Titleist ProV1 RCT golf balls which are designed to be used with Trackman inside. Just an idea to get better readings.Parking: Street parking is hit or miss. Check if there's a Caps/Wizards game or a concert going on nearby. If so, grab a spot at a local garage using an app. Otherwise it might be pricey to park.

Beautiful location however really really challenging to book bays. Monday and Tuesdays are completely off limits for corporate team events and you have to wait 6 days to speak to a coordinator. Who has time to chase an event coordinator. They should have a backup person. Soo much potential and great onsite management. Sharing feedback so they can improve.

Please ask about the price per hour before you play. The DC location has a 30% up charge on Fri and Sat evenings. I feel like that offers a ridiculously expensive and unreasonable price. I wasn’t informed of this price in my reservation or when I arrived.
